JOB SUMMARY

Support the Commercial team in overseeing the commercial area in order to create transparency on future developments, leading to accurate forecasting, appropriate design of processes, procedures and to identify opportunities to capture growth potential.

 

JOB DUTIES

·           Coordination between the Sales and Controlling team on all commercial activities, in order to assure full transparency on information to achieve forecasted commitments

·           Review and challenge forecast data based on good understanding of markets and customer needs

·           Ensure pricing is in line with the pricing policy and is accurate and consistent

·           Compile accurate financial forecasting and submit to senior management

·           Monitor sales results on a daily basis. Provide regular updates at least on a weekly basis.

·           Have regular communication with the sales team to identify potential commercial issues and take responsibility for appropriate communication

·           Perform customer financial assessments

·           Reporting on target achievement for main Commercial KPI’s:

·           Meet customers together with Sales representatives to understand customer demands and to in order to identify and convert commercial opportunities

·           Other tasks as may be reasonably directed

·           Be fully aware of and strictly follow the safety rules and regulations in the company to ensure safe working

 

REQUIREMENTS

·           Advanced knowledge of Bugeting, forecasting; Financial Reporting rules; Financial Analyses; Financial indicators;

·           Basic knowledge of tax law, bank law, tax procedures; annual audit and reporting procedures;

·           Basic understanding of payment procedures / purchasing process

·           Profound knowledge of local and and IFRS accounting rules / Financial indicators

The candidates are to be fluent in the Russian language, ability to read and understand other languages spoken in the North Caucasus would be helpful. They come from North Caucasus with a deep knowledge of the region. We are looking for the journalists for various forms of co-operation – employment in RFE/RL headquarters in Prague as well as freelancing in the region. The candidates will have journalistic experience, preferably working for a web site. We are in looking for journalists – web writers who are able to produce original stories, as well as multimedia journalists for video and photo gallery production who are also capable of aggregating the content from other sources. Contract Administrator

Reporting to  Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary      •          Contract Administrator is in charge of the contracts into which a company enters. The duties may include acquiring contracts, negotiating and closing deals, and evaluating a contract's performance. Also may extend and renegotiate contracts and supervise an assistant if required. Introduce amendments to language or terms in the best interest of the company. Interchange continuously with subcontractors until amicable terms are agreed on by both parties.

Key responsibilities  

•          Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of goods and services.

•          Prepares proposals, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.

•          Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.

•          Negotiate terms and conditions.

•          Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts

•          Advises planning and procurement departments of contractual rights and obligations.

•          Coordination of agreements completion after general negotiation with the supplier/subcontractor.

•          Coordination of agreements translation and comparison of both translated versions.

•          Prepare contract change notices, monitor subcontractor performance, including the reporting and status of subcontractor.

•          Maintain a file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.

•          Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.

•          Tracking and incorporating of all comments.

•          Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.

•          May act as liaison between company and subcontractors.

•          Upload of agreements into Company’s Project Control System

•          Perform closing activities as needed.

Job Description

• Performs monitoring & surveillances of Contractors site activities.
• Provide HSE leadership and report to Company any unsafe acts or conditions, work with Company and Contractors to deliver expectations.
• Overseas for Company review of Contractors equipment installation (static & rotating), site materials control, equipment and materials preservation, site checks on piping, cleanliness and issues reports on acceptance of work done by Contractor.
• Identify and recommends resolutions of non-conformances and corrective actions to Contractors site construction team and monitors to satisfactory close-out.
• Review, mark up and participate in Contractors Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) ensure Company monitor, witness and hold points included in ITPs are implemented.
• Provide input into lessons learned and risk management systems.
• Provide detailed daily, weekly and monthly quality reports as required by project and attend project meetings as required.
• Review and confirm conformance of Contractors mechanical procedures.
• Perform performance reviews, recommend areas for improvement.
• Ensure Contractors fully implement project requirements as defined in approved specifications and procedures, particularly on equipment, materials preservation, joint integrity and piping cleanliness.
• Source required data for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Be familiar with the specifications and requirements for his discipline for the project.
• Monitor the calibration status of tools used by the inspectors of the contractor & Vendors.
• Participate in contractors internal audits associated with discipline.
• Promote and leads by example on a One Team philosophy and works with the contractor to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote the use of non-conformances as opportunities for improvement.
• Identify the NCR and seeks buy in by the contractor to issue it in their own system for resolution, close out and follow up on the preventive actions to ensure they do not repeat themselves.
• Apply a proactive approach to inspection to get it right the first time by being in front of the activities and not behind.
• Assist in the GOC documentation is being completed in time and in an accurate manner as activities get completed.
• Ensure that the preservation activities by the preservation subcontractor are executed and ensures cleaning less of provided skids and preservation routines are maintained.

Skills and Experience

• Formal Qualification in Mechanical Engineering e.g. HNC minimum.
• Qualified as internal quality auditor (ISO-9000) desired.
• Moderate experience in QC equipment and Materials Inspection, relating to construction of gas terminals.
• Moderate experience in QC and inspection surveillances on client's behalf overseeing Contractors work activities.
• Good knowledge of hands-on use of inspection tools for dimensional control of static & rotating equipment, piping cleanliness and preservation of materials control performed by Contractor.
