Жил и живу только в Нью-Йорке . Нью-Йорк комфортно если ты молод и сингл. Постоянный шум и суматоха может задолбать. Один из плюсов , что всегда есть чем-то заняться. Много музеев , Бродвей мюзиклы и т.д. т.п.
Достал этот вирус-карантин. Откликнитесь кто в Нью-Йорк , давайте прогулку в Проспект или Централ парк.

Кто-то смог заплатить за месячную ипотеку? Ввожу свой код на апус.аз , говорит нет такого кода. Ввожу тот же код для там одениш, тогда высвечивается и можно закрыть всю ипотеку. Мне нужно заплатить только за месяц. У всех так или это только у меня глюк?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of facilities
- Installation/removal of lock hardware, handles, bodies & cylinders
- Do wiring/cabling
- Movement of office furniture and equipment
- Installation/removal of plumbing fixtures (faucet, flushometer, mixing valves)
- Preventive maintenance on coolers, water purification equipment (General Plumbing knowledge)
- Painting
- Keep stock of inventory (lamps, filters, keys, materials)
- Specify replacement parts for assets to improve reliability of equipment, machinery and systems.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs (ie. clearing of drains, sinks and toilets. Replacing, valves and faucets. Elbows and plumbing required on steam systems such as air handlers and condensate pumps, domestic/kitchen hot water systems.
- Assemble and repair furniture, beds, wheelchairs and bio-med equipment as needed.
- Assist in snow and ice removal.
- Work overtime shifts and accept emergency call-ins as needed.
- Additional responsibilities may be added as needed.
- Inspects and maintains proper functioning of carpentry, electrical, HVAC,
- Performs small scale repairs to building structures, including but not limited to: doors, locks, furniture, ceilings, floors, walls repair, windows and sidewalks.
Qualifications:
- High School or Technical School Diploma, required
- Two years of experience in maintenance or mechanical work
- Must be flexible and dependable
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. With assistance.
- The duties of this job require frequent periods of standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching and climbing
