Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports;
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;

Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales representative;
Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales;
Preferably sales experience in fruit and vegetables;
Fluent in Azeri, Russian, English languages;
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;

Responsibilities

To prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists
To review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal
To perform buying duties
To contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and other problems.
To review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
To calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts
To check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
To locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
To maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.

Requirements

2-3 years experience as procurement or similar roles
Strong reading, speaking and writing skills
Well-organized and detail oriented
Good working knowledge of administrative procedures as well as various computer applications

Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in HR
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost

Identify and maintain HoReCa sales budget for the year
Plan and implement sales force specific actions and partake at trade fairs to ensure that sales targets are met

Requirements:

Higher education degree
